  I have a shirt at home that says: Pig. Pet. Carnitas.
  
  The La Puerca pretty much sums up that statement.
  
  We're talking a torta smeared w/ chorizo beans, avocado, tomatoes, ham and carnitas.
  
  But wait, it's not finished yet: bacon, caramelized onions AND a side of fries on top
  
  This casual spot doesn't have a ton of seating, but the amount of menu items will have you reeling like a kid in a grocery store's cereal section.
  
  There are so many items to choose from it's hard to be decisive. So look at the pictures on Yelp or see what people are ordering and it should help.
  
  The portions here for the price are impressive. In fact the owners here used to own another family style restaurant nearby and when they closed I cried.
  
  To top it off the service here is great. The two who helped us were very nice. I even changed my order and when I left I forget she didn't charge me for the difference.
  
  It's details like that turn a one-time visitor into a loyal customer. If I lived closer I'd be there weekly. BUT I also have something for food tasting better when you have to travel for it (it's not as easily accessible).
  
  If you love Mexican food like I do this place is a must visit. If you don't love Mexican food then I don't think we can be friends.

  My husband and I were looking for Menudo on Sunday morning. Googled and this restaurant happen to come up. We drive by it all the time but never had actually stopped.
  
  Well we did this time and let me tell you, we were not disappointed!
  The Menudo was well served, the owner ( at least i think he was) Jesus was very kind. Walked out the kitchen to talk to us and my husband did the "mistake" in mentioning my birthday was Friday and we have been hungover ever since and that the Menudo was a great cure.
  
  Right before we are going to leave the owner tells us to wait a few minutes. Not thinking we had mentioned my birthday he comes out banging on a pot with a spoon and announces to the restaurant it was my birthday. They all proceeded to sing, it was super embarrassing but i really really appreciate his kind gesture. He gave us a buñuelo dish with whip cream and of course a candle so i could make a wish.
  
  Anyway we ordered 2 tacos (cant remember the names) 5 stars!
  Menudo this also deserves 5 stars!
  The place is super clean and the salsa bar doesn't disappoint.
  
  They have a giant menu all over their wall that can be a little overwhelming. But when we sat down we had a chance to read it all and we can not wait to return and try more of their menu!

  I've gone to almost every taco spot around here and nothing beats this place!!!!
  
  It's seriously a hole in the wall and it's tucked away, but you can see its family owned and they take pride in there food and flavors !!
  
  A must try !

  I have been coming here for years and I'll I can say is WOW! The food Don Jesus makes is by far the best Mexican food I have ever had. My favorite dish is by far the Torta Cubana with Mexi fries! I have made it my mission to find a Cubana to go head to head with Jesus's but after years of searching I have had no luck. My wife has made it a point on Super Bowl Sunday to go out and get me this masterpiece of a torta because she knows no other meal will do. Thank you Jesus for bringing this torta into my life!

  Authentic! Reasonably priced! Healthy!  Good Service!  Can't say enough, try it for yourself!
